My family of five had a lovely stay at this hotel, enjoying breathtaking views from the terrace where we had breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean, and prices were quite reasonable. The management, especially Pak Wayan, made us feel welcome, but the walk to the front desk was a bit challenging with all the stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Puri Bunga Resort & Spa for three days with my family. The views are absolutely stunning, especially from the pool overlooking the Ayung River, giving it a truly exotic feel. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. However, the Wi-Fi was quite poor, which was disappointing, and some cleanliness issues with lizards were noticeable. Overall, it's a great spot for a peaceful getaway, especially for couples.
